Lily longs to have curly hair to affirm her identity as a black girl. She will count with the help of her friend, the wheelchair-bound Caio, who creates fantastic possibilities in this saga to help her. Directed by Raphael Gustavo da Silva, 'Lily's Hair' rebuilds diversity in a mix of reality and fantasy.



Raphael Gustavo da Silva Raphael holds a BA in Advertising and a postgraduate degree in Cinema and Audiovisual. Writer and director of the short films ‘Mademoiselle do Rap’, nominated for the 2017 Brazilian Cinema Grand Prix, and ‘A Piscina de Caíque’, selected in over 80 festivals and 26 awards. Writer and Director of the series ‘Meu Skate Não é Enfeite’. In 2016, he received the award Cultural Highlight of the Year in Audiovisual, from the State Government of Goiás.
