The year is 2050. A couple prepares for the countdown to the end of the world as they know it, as a pink cloud approaches and, with it, the end of all existence. However, Pedro and Miguel stroll through memories that take us through a journey of references, ranging from Daytime TV shows to soundtracks comprised of romantic northeastern songs and hits from the 1980s. In these spaces that provide comfort for the soul, before the imminent end , a sole message can still be transmitted: “Love each other”. (C. A)
The name behind the production company Filmes de Marte, Henrique Arruda was born in the state of Pernambuco, and works with Film Direction, Screenwriting, Art, Production, and Editing. He holds a BA in Journalism (UFRN), and was one of the winners of the third edition of NETLabTV (Claro Embratel Institute), and accrues 3 short-films in his career, which together won 23 awards and were selected for more than 80 festivals in Brazil and internationally.
