Synopsis
In a world ravaged by a disaster from years past, water has become a precious commodity. Mariana and her younger brother, Dinho, stumble upon a time capsule filled with belongings of the region’s former inhabitants, the Raymond family. This discovery grabs the attention of Breu, the leader of the local gangs. Determined to unveil the secrets of the past and heal the wounds of the present, the siblings embark on a quest. Ribamar Nascimento
Ribamar Nascimento is a director, screenwriter, and film producer. Winner of the Best Debut Director category at the 2023 Pupila Film Festival, his portfolio includes the feature film "A Cápsula" (2024) and the sci-fi short pilot film "Ressurgido" (2022), both of which he wrote and directed. Currently, he's at the helm of the feature film "O Salto Para a Vida", adapted from the eponymous book. Additionally, he serves as the showrunner for the series "Ressurgido" and is the producer and director of the short film "Rastro Neural", funded under the Paulo Gustavo Law of Maringá.
