“Caíque’s pool”, a Brazilian fiction film by Raphael Gustavo da Silva, tells the story of a boy who lives in a region where heat and lack of water is a constant reality. Caíque loves to play in the water, but while he lacks a pool of his own, he plays on the wet floor. One day he notices something missing from the house, something far more important to his family than his desired pool.
